Ñaming, headquartered in Mallén (Zaragoza) with an additional plant near Madrid, was established in 1990. It has emerged as the dominant force in the Spanish market, being the largest player in the sandwich and other ready-to-eat segments, particularly targeting convenience retail and ultra-convenience channels like vending machines and petrol stations. Initially gaining traction through the vending channel, Ñaming has now secured partnerships with major retailers such as Mercadona, Carrefour, Dia, and Alcampo. These retailers prioritize both size, quality, terms of service and food safety, with the International Featured Standard (IFS) being a key requirement. As a result, Ñaming holds a leadership position, capturing a significant stake of the sandwich market share in the retail sector, significantly surpassing its closest competitor.

Serroplast was established in 1987 by the Borracci family and is a leader in the manufacturing of covering systems for table grape and other fruits cultivations. Serroplast has a wide and technologically advanced product range including multi-season films, nets and accessories, with the possibility of creating turnkey structures to meet all customer needs. Serroplast offers its customers a 360-degree service, with the help of strategic partners such as technical consultants, agronomists and installers.
The Company is based in Rutigliano (BA), where it operates through two production plants with c. 10,000 m2 covered, and it also present in Chile and Portugal through two commercial companies.
In addition to its core business, the Company, exclusively for Italy and Spain, sells the SmartPac, an eco-friendly packaging for the long-range transport of table grapes.
Currently, The Company has a turnover of c. EUR 30 million, of which around 40% generated abroad. Its main foreign markets are Peru, Chile, Spain and South Africa.

Avantea was established in 2008 by Mr. Cesare Galli and Mrs. Giovanna Lazzari, two internationally renowned researchers active in the biotech sector since 1991. The company is the global leader in the equine assisted reproduction with a focus on ICSI (“Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection”) technology. Avantea operates in partnership with major veterinary clinics, that externalize the ICSI procedure to the company, while covering all other stages of the assisted breeding procedure. Avantea proposition includes also a complete service thanks to the availability of several recipient mares housed in the Cremona breeding facility, which covers 3 hectares and was completely renovated in 2022. The company currently has a turnover of EUR 10 million, of which around 80% generated in foreign markets. Avantea has a significant presence in Belgium, the Netherlands, France and Hungary.

Demetra was created in 2018 from the merger between Agrimaster and Breviagri, two historic Italian agricultural machinery producers operating (since 1984 and 1949 respectively) under their namesake brands. Under the Agrimaster brand, the company produces mulchers and mechanical arms for agricultural greenery maintenance; under the Breviagri brand, the company produces harrows, tillers and cultivators for soil preparation. The company operates two plants based in Italy, respectively in Molinella (BO) and Nogara (VR). In recent years, Demetra has seen growth in both the domestic and international markets, establishing itself as a leader in the soil preparation and maintenance segment, with a strong market position in France, Italy and Germany and a presence in more than 80 countries. In October 2022, Demetra acquired the Danish company Dalbo A/S, which was founded in 1948 and specialises in the production of rollers and seedbed cultivators. Dalbo has a significant market presence in the United Kingdom, France, Germany and the Scandinavian Peninsula. The company operates a factory near Billund in Southern Denmark and has commercial branches in the UK and France. The Group currently has a turnover of more than EUR 60 million, of which more than 80% is generated in foreign markets.
Founded in 2016 by the Gallo family active in plant-based food since 1977, International Food is a developer and producer of plant-based beverages headquartered in Santarcangelo di Romagna (RN). The company develops over 70% of its turnover abroad, where it recorded significant growth thanks to strong product development skills, a predominantly Italian supply chain, and a constantly evolving offer in line with the dynamism of the market. Historically the Company has focused on co-packing for retailers and distributors but also owns 5 brands developed to tackle the growing demand for innovative plant-based beverages.
Home delivery and store retail of American style pizzas together with appetizers, pastas and salads. The company operates a central kitchen for base production in Madrid to serve its owned and franchised restaurants. Operations include the central kitchen, the central purchasing function, the store network and the last mile logistics (each store has a number of motorbikes for delivery, to control customer experience). Locations are focused on Madrid, in high density, mid class population residential areas, it also has stores in different provinces of Spain; once a P. Carlos opens, the store is a marketing asset, with table service, with the goal of becoming the delivery brand of choice of the neighbourhood.
Ekaf Group produces and distributes roasted coffee, coffee capsules and pods, with revenues of €40 m last year. The company is well balanced in its product range, sale channels and geographic areas. Products are marketed both under the proprietary brands Cellini and Arcaffè (42%) and private labels. Foreign markets represent approximately 50% of total revenues, mainly in France and Germany where Ekaf has long-lasting relationships with local distributors and market-leading retailers, while the other 50% of revenues are earned domestically by supplying approximately 1,500 coffee shops and leading domestic retailers. Company facilities include the production site (11,000 sq m with 11 production lines) in Genova, as well as two warehouses in Milan and Livorno used for local distribution.
Founded in 1961 in Vidifulgo (Pavia, Lombardy), Roscio is a market-leading player in the production and distribution of ready-to-eat meals. Its product portfolio includes fresh ready-to-eat meals and frozen ready-to-eat meals. The company’s clients include Italian and international retailers, as well as market-leading foodservice operators. Roscio has also worked for many years as a co-packer for renowned international brands, developing and producing ready-to-eat meals. Thanks to these long-established relationships, the company has developed strong R&D skills, enabling cross-selling towards modern trade and foodservice clients. Roscio has approximately 100 employees at its production site of 25,000 sq m, of which 15,000 sq m are indoors.
Based in Valencia, Spain, Alimentación y Nutrición Familiar S.L. (Alnut) produces and sells baby food (e.g. mashed vegetables, fruits, rice, meat, fish and desserts), as well as other products such as, smoothies and dietary supplements. The company is in line with the principal “mega-trends” of the market and approximately 50% of its SKUs are BIO certified. In 2019 the company made €25.7m in revenues, mainly in Spain (70%) and through private label (90%), serving leading retailers, both Spanish (mainly Mercadona) and international (such as Carrefour and E. Leclerc). Moreover, Alnut produces under its own brand, “Sun&Vegs”, focused on the European market, and “Byba”, focused on the APAC region. The company currently employs approximately 100 FTEs at its production site of 4,000 sqm of which 12,000 sqm are indoors.
