Private Debt Award 2022: CCR II winner with Pieralisi MAIP

The IDeA Corporate Credit Recovery II Fund is the winner for the Pieralisi MAIP transaction, category “Transaction concluded in the distressed debt segment” of the fifth edition of the Private Debt Award 2022, promoted by AIFI and Deloitte, with the collaboration of Economy Magazine and Il Sole 24 Ore.

Founded in Jesi in 1888, Pieralisi develops, manufactures and distributes all over the world machines and plants for the production of olive oil and machinery that develop centirifuga force with numerous industrial applications (e.g. food processes, water treatment). The Pieralisi Group also offers after-sales assistance (maintenance, monitoring) and revamping services.
