First Italian closed-end investment fund of DIP (Debtor-in-Possession) Financing, reserved to qualified investors. The fund aims to contribute to the recovery of medium-sized Italian companies, which are under financial strains but show sound industrial fundamentals. The fund is composed of two pockets: Credits Pocket and New Finance Pocket.
Founded in Vaprio D’Adda in 1839, Cartiere Paolo Pigna S.p.A. is a company specialized in the production and marketing of paper products (notebooks and writing products). 80% of its revenue depends directly on the school market, being the main source of income and the sector to which Pigna is mostly linked, while the remaining 20% refers to the office market. In both market segments, the Pigna brand is considered one of the best known and most appreciated in the entire Italian scene, a symbol of quality and tradition. Production and sales are mainly developed on the Italian market, ensuring strength, importance and quality representation to the sector to which the Firm belongs.
