Pier Francesco Marcucci

INVESTMENT DIRECTOR

Pier Francesco joined DeA in April 2019. He is an Investment Director within the Corporate Credit and Special Situations investment programs division dealing with origination, execution and management of investments, with a focus on turnaround situations. He previously served as Legal Counsel within the funds.

He has extensive experience in restructuring, corporate finance and project finance transactions, gained at leading Italian law firms.
Pier Francesco holds a Law degree from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, a PhD in Commercial Law (2016), and an Executive MBA from Bocconi University (2023).

He is admitted to the Italian Bar and is fluent in English.
