Marika Rizzi

Corporate Affairs Manager

Marika, who has been with the DeA Capital Group since 2020, has held the role of Corporate Affairs Manager in DeA Capital Alternative Funds since August 2024.

Previously, from 2015 to 2019, she was a Corporate Affairs Specialist in the holding company of the De Agostini Group. Marika deals with corporate affairs at DeA, focusing on corporate governance issues as well as corporate and regulatory law.

Marika graduated in Law from the University of Milan in 2013 and has been qualified to practice law since 2016. Subsequently, she obtained a master's degree in corporate law and further enhanced her post-graduate training in financial markets law at the University of Milan.
