Giulia Primerano

Corporate Affairs Specialist

Giulia Primerano, since 2022 in the DeA Capital Group, since August 2024 has held the role of Corporate Affairs Specialist in DeA Capital Alternative Funds.

After completing her studies, she started her professional career working at the Banking and Financial Arbitrator of the Bank of Italy and, subsequently, collaborated with an international law firm in the Banking & Finance Team.
Giulia mainly deals with corporate law, with a focus on corporate governance and corporate affairs issues.
Giulia graduated in Law from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan in 2019 and, subsequently, a Master's degree in Corporate Governance also from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan with honors.

Giulia speaks Italian and English.
