GreenItaly1 approved the business combination, ie the operation of aggregation between GreenItaly1 and Prima Vera S.p.A. The company has then changed its name in Zephyro with the listing on the AIM market of the Italian Stock Exchange in Milan. GreenItaly1 was the first thematic SPAC (Special Purpose Acquisition Company) with the aim of achieving, within 24 months from IPO, the acquisition of a minority stake in a not listed, mid-sized Italian company operating in the green economy. Zephyro, founded in 2000 in Milan, is the Italian leading operator in the energy efficiency sector and provider of integrated energy management solutions for complex structures, in Italy and abroad. Zephyro offers integrated energy management, through the design, implementation and financing of energy requalification (cogeneration, tri-generation and district heating services) with high technological content, as well as facilities management and maintenance and provision of services related to compllex energy-intensive facilities, aimed at reducing fuel consumption and pollutant emissions and achieving cost savings. Since 2002 Zephyro offers to the healthcare market, both public and private, a management service in Global Service of biomedical equipment.
