On 25 February 2011,Telit, through a reserved capital increase for institutional investors (besides IDEA OF I, funds managed by Kairos and Algebris and the renowned venture capital fund Greylock), completed the acquisition of the Motorola Israel Ltd M2M business unit, which was controlled by Motorola Inc., worldwide leader in the mobile communications.
