Magic, founded in 1987, is a family-owned company based in Oleggio (NO), led by Mauro Giani, CEO and son of the founder, and Mara Galli, CFO. The company is active in producing and processing air-laid dry paper for various applications, including the food sector (which accounts for 70% of turnover), medical, industrial and hygiene. Airlaid is a unique non-woven fabric made from cellulose and natural latex fibres treated with air. Thanks to its constant drive for innovation, Magic has developed and patented airlaid components and materials that are entirely biodegradable and compostable. The production plant covers 8,800 square metres and houses 15 production lines, active in converting (laminating, coating, cutting and folding) and producing innovative eco-friendly materials, enabling Magic to make 103 million square metres of output annually exported to 37 countries.
