DeA Capital Alternative Funds sells ownership of Stalam to Deal Source

A club deal of private investors organized by Deal Source Italia has completed in partnership with the company’s management the acquisition of 100% of the capital of Stalam S.p.A. from the IdeA Energy Efficiency and Sustainable Development fund managed by DeA Capital Alternative Funds SGR.
