Founded in Cavarzere (Venice, Veneto) in 1869, Turatti is a market-leading player in the design and realization of equipment and plants for processing fruits and vegetables of fourth and fifth range. The firm’s clients are multinational food corporations, retailers and prominent producers of fruits and vegetables, to whom the firm provides technologies for washing, cutting and drying fresh products (e.g. salads and other leafy vegetables, broccoli, potatoes, mushrooms and fruits). Turatti’s ability to innovate and its technical and engineering skills are essential to fulfil customer’s needs, as well as the after-sales service, which are unique to the company. More than 90% of revenues are realized abroad, especially in Europe, Australia and the United States, due to a commercial branch in California.
